Strand Holdings Ltd successfully operates a number of McDonald's franchises in Northern Ireland with locations in Antrim, Ballymena, Larne and Magherafelt. Our company serves in excess of 2 million customers every year, employs over 500 people and is among the fastest growing franchise businesses on the island of Ireland.
This role spans across Antrim, Larne, Ballymena & Magherafelt and would suit an experienced HR Professional, who is looking for their next challenge. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years HR experience, within the wider Hospitality / Retail restaurant industry.
Responsibilities:
Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Collaborate with the Senior Management Team on workforce strategy, including staffing and succession planning.
* Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organisation objectives.
* Oversee the management of HR data and produce insightful reports.
* Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues.
* Oversee recruitment practices.
* Support training and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
* CIPD minimum Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
* Extensive HR experience in a similar environment, with managerial experience.
* Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in HR software and systems.
* In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
