Job Title: Finance Systems Governance Administrator

Salary: Circa £31,500 Dependent on experience
What you'll be doing:
* Undertaking a range of duties - technical, administrative, and function-specific - across a range of finance systems
* Supporting the business with the administration of the e Delegation of Authority System
* Managing queries via Service Now
* Supporting with testing for wider business projects
* Completing User Access Reviews to ensure compliance with IT policy
* Supporting with adherence and compliance to Governance Controls across Finance Operations
* Analysis of invoice data to identify potential unusual transactions
* Providing cover as required on key tasks in wider team
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* An understanding of Finance Systems Governance and Finance Controls
* Experience of Analysing Finance Transactions
* Comfortable with engaging with people at all levels of business
Desirable:
* Experience of using Service Now
* Proficiency with Fiscal Technologies - NXG software
* Familiarity with using Microsoft SharePoint

The Finance Systems Governance team:
This team is part of the Financial Controls & Systems Capability Centre. Our key responsibilities are to ensure that our Finance Systems remain compliant with IT Policy with regards to user access via regular access review. We administer and support the company-wide Delegation of Authority system and its interfaces to other finance systems. We also review invoice and supplier data to identify unusual transactions in order to support the Fraud Detection processes. The breadth of Finance Systems means that we work with system owners and finance users across the Finance Functions to centralise the access controls and system controls into a single team.
