As National Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business opportunities. This role will focus heavily on high-level and national accounts, particularly those in FTSE 100 and FT1000 organisations. While we continue to support our local client base, this role will lead the charge in expanding our reach into national and international markets.

Driving new business acquisition with a focus on large, multinational accounts.
Representing NCM as the face of the business with major clients.
Reporting on sales performance and pipeline updates to senior management.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and loves the thrill of acquiring new business. Proven experience in winning and managing high-value accounts (preferably FTSE 100/1000).
Strong commercial acumen and tenacity in securing new business opportunities.
A background in founder-led or scale-up businesses (preferred).
Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take calculated risks.
Comfortable scaling small online businesses quickly, even with modest budgets.
A proven track record in working with autonomy and shaping business success.
