Job Title: SEN Tutor in Oxfordshire Job Duties: Provide individualised support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Create and implement tailored learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student Deliver engaging lessons and activities to enhance the academic and social development of students Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEN students Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of different learning styles and strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Organisational skills and ability to multitask Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in SEN teaching or support Experience working in a special education setting Working Conditions: Part-Time hours £20 - £30 per hour Temporary position Work closely with students, teachers, and parents All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
