BIOWELL HEALTH are recruiting an IV & Wellness Nurse
JOB TITLE: IV & Wellness Nurse
REPORTING TO: General Manager
RESPONSIBLE FOR: IV and Blood Testing Services
MAIN PURPOSE: To deliver exceptional customer service and be responsible for IV and wellness delivery on site.
SALARY: £42K
HOURS: 40 hours per week (Sunday closed)
LOCATION: London Battersea Power Station
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections offering the full menu as defined by company offerings.
2. Educate customers on the benefits of IV & IM and the ingredients contained.
3. Take blood samples and manage blood marker testing process, delivering customer analysis and advice to support health & wellness plans.
4. Facilitate other core services including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Intermittent hypoxic–hyperoxic training (IHHT), Cryotherapy, Photobiomodulation Therapy (Red Light Therapy) & Compression Therapy.
5. Inventory & supply management.
6. Promote membership and other services.
7. Work with and inspire all team members to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
8. Support the company in delivery of company vision and strategy.
9. Work with the local Biowell ecosystem including website, app and booking systems.
10. Develop and maintain market knowledge and training to deliver services reflective of market demands and legislation.
11. Communicate pro-actively and professionally at all times ensuring customers, employees and owners have knowledge as is required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. Diploma or 1st level degree in nursing or equivalent.
2. Current NMC Registration.
3. Minimum of two years nursing experience.
4. Proven experience in consultation and clinical assessment.
