Looking to bring your generalist HR skills to a fast-paced, creative and innovative business based in West London?
We have a fixed term contract (c12 months) based on site two-days a week. We’re looking for a proactive People Advisor who enjoys all things people and can support the full employee lifecycle! From recruitment and onboarding, through to offboarding and lots in between.
Working as part of small HR team you’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality HR support is delivered to their UK based employees and you’ll be responsible for:
* Recruitment: managing the full recruitment process from defining recruitment approaches to actively sourcing and engaging talent to coaching and assisting managers through the process whilst ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Employee Relations & Welfare: build strong relationships with managers providing advice and guidance on HR policies and best practice supporting performance conversations or leading on restructuring initiatives.
* Prepare offers of employment and support onboarding, assisting managers with the probation period.
* Employee Engagement: Promote employee engagement initiatives, including engagement surveys, and support managers to implement actions based on survey feedback.
* Ad hoc duties: supporting HR projects and initiatives, supporting managers with any people related queries and providing data to identify relevant trends and insights.
The ideal candidate profile will include:
* Proven HR generalist experience gained whilst working in a fast paced and rapidly changing business environment
* Previous experience of redundancy and restructuring
* Solid understanding of UK legislation
* Confidence to coach managers through HR policies & procedures
* Team orientated and results focused
