Lead, manage, and inspire the quality assurance team to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. Maintain a robust and structured Quality Objectives Business Plan for the Global Quality function. Collaborate with cross-functional leadership team to align compliance with the departmental initiatives and needs of the business. Act as the primary point of contact for quality audits, certifications, and customer-related quality inquiries. Identify opportunities for process optimisation and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Act as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to enhance performance and outcomes. Drive a culture of quality excellence across all departments. Requirements The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Proven experience in a senior leadership quality-focused role. In-depth knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and best practices. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. A proactive, analytical approach with a track record of delivering measurable improvements. Relevant qualifications in quality management or related fields.
