Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Gather and analyse UK and Ireland customer insights and support in the construction of business cases for customer propositions, aligning with the commercial functions on assumptions and impact.
* Collaborate effectively with global, regional, and internal functions, including but not limited to Channel Strategy Lead, Commercial Sales, BIA and Finance.
* Support on the execution of local and regional projects, to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met.
* Inputting and coordination of insights for new propositions/value added services for market commercialisation.
* Driving Generics growth through support and ownership of portfolio growth projects.
* Serve as the Portfolio expert for Pharmacy, Dispensing Doctors and Supermarkets and drive ideas to ensure product fit with customers.

* Portfolio/Commercial experience within the UK pharmaceutical industry.
* Advanced Excel using complex formulas.
* Strong communication skills.
* Adherence to company values and standards.
* Experience of customer/stakeholder management.
* Commercial Forecasting.
* Evidence of advanced analytical skills.
* Ability to be flexible and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to prioritise workload effectively and efficiently.
* Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
