Main duties of the job As our new Nursing Associate, you would be welcomed into a safe and supportive multidisciplinary staff team that would empower and encourage you to be the best version of yourself for the benefit of those we care for.On a day-to-day basis, the role involves working with registered nurses and the wider multi-disciplinary team to assess, plan, organise and deliver clinical care in line with service needs and service-users’ mental and physical health needs, as agreed with supervising clinicians. Working hours would involve shifts, including some nights, weekends and bank holidays.The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and team-working skills, as well as the ability to think quickly and act in a calm and sensible manner.
