Hourly Rate above National Minimum/Living Wage.
Working in a very busy kitchen environment helping our kitchen team to prepare, cook and serve meals to our guests at breakfast & evening meal sessions. Our menus are based on classic home style meals to suit our guest profile.
Preparing & serving food produced for coach parties, private events and functions. Ranging from finger buffets to Gala event menus.
Maintaining the very high hygiene standards in operation by keeping all work areas clean & tidy with regular cleaning schedules, using good food safety methods.
Experience and good knowledge of cooking processes and controls is preferred.
