Total People have a vacancy for an Engineering Tutor, required to coach, mentor, tutor, and assess our apprentices. The role involves delivering knowledge through classroom and workshop sessions in Manchester, to support apprentices in developing essential skills for their apprenticeship. Responsibilities include providing guidance, conducting mock assessments, and ensuring apprentices are prepared for independent assessment. The tutor will collaborate with other learning coaches and employers to track apprentice progress, embed maths and English skills, and ensure apprentices meet functional skills requirements.
This is a permanent full-time role (37 hours per week), with part-time applications also considered. The ideal candidate should be flexible, confident, and an effective communicator.
