A reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
2. Conduct Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and implement cost control measures.
3. Evaluate completed work and arrange payments to contractors and suppliers.
4. Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
5. Provide advice on contractual matters and resolve any disputes.
6. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
2. Strong contracting experience.
3. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
4. Proficient in cost management software and Microsoft Office.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
