Role: Registered Children’s Home Manager Location: Swadlincote, Derbyshire
Salary: Up to £50,000 per year + up to £4,500 in bonuses

We’re looking for a Registered Manager who is passionate about providing exceptional care and has the drive to lead a new home to success.

Lead from the front, managing all aspects of the children’s home and ensuring compliance with Ofsted, the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of young people, supporting their emotional, social, and educational development.
Build and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, supervision, and training to deliver exceptional care.
Be the safeguarding lead, ensuring young people are protected and supported at all times.
Maintain and promote a positive culture, creating a safe and nurturing environment for young people.
Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, external agencies, and families to ensure the best outcomes for young people.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or actively studying towards.
At least 5 years of residential experience, including 2 years in management within the children’s home sector.
Strong knowledge of governing legislation, regulations, and Ofsted requirements.
A proven track record of delivering high standards of care.
Experience working with young people with complex emotional, behavioural, or mental health needs.
A competitive salary of up to £50,000 per year.
