As Commis Chef you'll be an essential part of the kitchen team, working across all sections. We make everything from scratch so this is a role for a Commis Chef who really loves fresh ingredients. Your main duties will involve:
* Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards therefore exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion
* Taking PRIDE in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and safety
* Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times
* Adhering accurately and consistently to portion controls
* Carrying out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions
* Ensuring the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance
Minimum 6 months chef experience
* Ability to work on your own initiative
* Desire to learn, improve and train from those around you
* A proud individual that always strives to deliver their best
* Passion for fresh food
