Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive HR support and advice to managers and employees. Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Support recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate HR records and reports. Requirements: CIPD Level 5 qualification. 2-3 years of experience in an HR advisory role. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
