Job Title: Project Planning Administrator

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Senior Project Planner and Project Manager to ensure efficient project delivery.
Manage the planning, procurement, and handover processes for various projects.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure timely services. 🤝
Create and update project packs, trackers, and logs for seamless operations.
Identify and escalate risks related to project margins and deadlines. ⚠️
Oversee regular meetings with Project Managers and planners to keep everyone aligned.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance throughout project phases. 📋
Assist with monthly invoice forecasting and financial reporting to keep projects on track.
Skills/Experience Required:
Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role; experience in engineering/construction is a plus.
Exceptional organisational skills, with a knack for multitasking and time management. ⏰
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with MS Projects would be beneficial.
A results-driven mindset focused on financial performance and timelines.
