Key Responsibilities:
* Pursue research that is world-leading and world-changing in terms of originality, significance and rigour.
* Lead the development of successful research project/fellowship proposals.
* Deliver excellent teaching, offering lectures, seminars and tutorials at undergraduate and taught postgraduate levels.
* Enhance the quality of the research environment in the Department.

Candidates must demonstrate research excellence in the field of Strategy, with the ability to teach to an exceptional standard and engage in the services, citizenship, and values of the University.

* Qualifications - a good first degree and a PhD in Strategy or a related subject.

* Personal Research Plan - evidence of a personal research plan that supports the Management and Marketing department’s research strategy.

* PhD Supervision - significant contribution to the development of PhD programmes.
* Research Impact – demonstrable leadership of impactful research.
* Income Generation – evidence of leadership of successful research projects.

* Qualifications - evidence of excellence in the development and delivery of teaching.
