We are seeking a School Mental Health assistant!
We are working with a Special Needs School in Luton that is looking for support staff to start working with them from September, The school are particularly interested in Psychology and criminology graduates who are aspiring Education Psychologists/Clinical Psychologists/Occupational Therapists.
The pupils have many needs including Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH), Autism and behavioural difficulties. Therefore, the school are looking for committed individuals who want to work there for at least 12 months, as consistency of staff is vital for the children’s progression.
If you are passionate about working with children that have additional needs and up for an exciting challenging, yet rewarding role, this could be the job for you! Some experience working with children is various settings would be beneficial, but personality and motivation within this field are just as important!
