New Business Sales Executive

We're currently looking for a New Business Sales Executive at MOTORS. You will be part of the New Business team reporting to the New Business Team Leader. We are a collaborative sales team, striving for excellence and to supply the very best advertising solutions to dealerships across the UK.

Location: Richmond UK, Hybrid
Key Responsibilities Will Include
* This is a 360 telesales role: You will take ownership of the entire sales process, from the initial outreach to potential clients through to closing deals.
* This includes identifying prospects, making cold calls, negotiating terms, and finalising deals.
* You will drive a solutions-oriented approach for our dealers: Your role involves understanding the unique needs and challenges of each dealer and providing tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
* This role is all about relationship building: We aim to offer our dealers the very best service by fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.
* Being a sales role, this is a targeted environment: We work towards monthly revenue goals and daily KPIs.
What We Ideally Looking For
* This is a social role! You'll be connecting with dealers across the UK, so a passion for engaging with new people is essential.
* Proven resilience in a sales role: We value determination and the drive to succeed.
* Previous experience in a telesales environment is preferred.
* Confidence and capability to communicate effectively: You'll be interacting with a variety of stakeholders and customers.
* A positive attitude: We are a team that aims to deliver impactful results for our clients.
