This forward thinking Bournemouth-based Legal 500 law firm has a proven track record for success and is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its successful Property Litigation department. This is a very supportive team that will help with your progression and development.
You will be advising clients on a wide range of matters including:
* Landlord and tenant (1954 Act renewals, dilapidations and break notices)
* General property issues (adverse possession, easements and title disputes)
* Rent and service charge recovery
* Real estate related insolvency issues
The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team with the resources and investment to build up the department.
My client offers flexible hybrid working (office based/working from home).
You will have your own varied caseload as well as assisting with on high value and complex disputes relating to use and occupation of land, lease renewals, as well as claims relating to breach of covenant, rent and service charge recovery and real estate related insolvency issues and landlord and tenant issues.
