Our client is a well-established Mortgage company based near Lincoln. The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Mortgage and Protection Advisers, ensuring all converted cases are kept fully up to date, informing both the client and the adviser.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Communicate with advisers, building strong rapport and relationships, working together to ensure clients are dealt with appropriately and efficiently from application through to completion.
2. Liaise with clients via email, telephone, and letter to maximize business opportunities.
3. Manage converted cases alongside advisers to ensure all paperwork and relevant documentation are completed and attached to the file.
4. Liaise with lenders, providers, and conveyancers to keep the file up to date, informing both the adviser and the client.
5. Take ownership of each converted case through the key stages of application, whether for mortgage or protection.
6. Chase all cases as per the required process, updating all parties.
7. Relay any issues that arise to the Mortgage and Protection Advisers promptly.
8. Update the case management system and ensure the accuracy of case notes.
9. Follow compliance procedures and processes.
10. Manage time effectively to work and adhere to deadlines.
11. Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge.
12. Be an excellent telephone communicator.
13. Experience within the financial industry is a key benefit.
