Ecommerce Manager Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in central London) Salary: Up to £45,000 Benefits About the Role: This D2C scale-up brand is searching for an ecommerce manager to oversee and optimise our online retail operations across multiple markets. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on driving growth through digital channels, enhancing customer engagement, and increasing sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the performance of the online stores across key international markets, tailoring strategies for local audiences. Drive improvements in online sales through better conversion rates, higher average order values, and optimised product presentations. Develop and implement strategies for optimising the user experience across all platforms. Enhance customer journeys, focusing on improving navigation, product details, and collection pages. Monitor commercial performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. Coordinate and lead testing of user experience flows, aiming to continuously optimise the customer journey. Required Experience and Skills: 3 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce operations, particularly in a direct-to-consumer environment. Solid knowledge of Shopify Plus and its app ecosystem, with a proven ability to manage online stores effectively. Familiarity with Amazon FBA and marketplace strategies is ideal, whether through direct experience or managing external partnerships. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth through optimisation strategies. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and A/B testing results to guide decision-making.
