Main duties of the job The LTHT Workforce Development Hub within our Care Academy supports predominantly LTHTs unregistered workforce. The collaborative team you will lead have flexible roles to ensure they can support the recruitment, education, training, and retention of both New to Care Band 2 Clinical Support Workers (CSW) and deliver the new Band 3 Excellence in You CSW programme. The role is not limited to these projects and spans across wider workforce planning, development, and continuous quality improvement. Other key projects including ensuring there are current and clear career development opportunities and pathways at LTHT for unregistered staff, compliance with national recommendations such as the Care Certificate and widening our offer across all unregistered Nursing Midwifery and Allied Healthcare Professional (NMAHP) roles and supporting local people with a focus on targeting health inequalities and health promotion.
