Security Officer
Location: Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK, Derby, DE1 9TA
Salary: £12.02 per hour
Contract Type: Fixed Term – Full Time (60 hours per week)

What you’ll do:
Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Control access points, verify credentials, and manage visitor entry in accordance with security protocols.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, following established procedures.
Conduct regular security checks and report any irregularities or safety hazards.
Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors, ensuring a professional and approachable presence.
What you bring:
Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license – essential for this role.
Previous experience in a security role, ideally within a corporate or manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A proactive and vigilant approach to security responsibilities.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
