£75k - £85k basic salary plus bonus and benefits package Manage existing clients and generate some new business A longstanding client of ours, with whom we have previously placed three employees, is seeking a Senior Financial Adviser (preferably Chartered) to oversee a segment of their established book of business. However, it would be expected of you to wish to expand their product and bring on new clients through referrals and recommendations. With more than 20 years of experience, the business has established a stellar reputation for offering comprehensive advice services to families in the area, retirees, and certain City professionals. They offer guidance on a variety of topics, including intergenerational wealth planning, pensions, investments, tax preparation, IHT planning, and protections. Their clients own investable assets worth anywhere from £300k to £5 million. They just charge recurring fees; they don't charge any upfront costs. A Chartered Financial Planner, or someone close to completion, with at least five years of strong advising experience and the gravitas and skills to engage with high-net-worth clients and deliver high-quality service, will be a good fit for this post. The directors would enjoy it if you could bring some of your clients who fit their investment proposition, but they do not demand it. This Senior Financial Adviser position would initially be office-based, with the option to work from home occasionally, but most meetings would still take place in the office.
