A rare opportunity has become available to join our incredible Andover branch as a Perms Recruitment Consultant, on a fixed term 13-month contract.

What you'll be doing
* Interviewing: Coordinating and conducting interviews with candidates to ensure candidate availability is at a maximum, and the candidate flow is of a suitable calibre
* Sales / Business Development; Via various methods of following up leads such as cold calling, sending speculative emails and dropping in-person sales materials into prospective clients.
* Relationship building; Building long lasting relationships with existing clients, new clients and candidates alike.
* Conducting sales meetings: Meeting with clients in person to showcase the services Office Angels offer and discussing their roles and business plans.
* Matchingcandidates’ skills and expectations to a variety of Permanent and Temporary roles
* Advertising; Advertising on various job boards / portals
* Candidate Attraction; Using various resourcing methods, such as LinkedIn, job boards etc
* Candidate Care: Keeping in regular contact with candidates to maintain relationships.
* Audit: Keeping and maintaining all compliant information in reference to both candidates and clients as per company policy
* Telephone/Email; Screening and assisting with branch telephone and email queries.
About you
You don’t need to have recruitment experience, we’re looking for someone who has grit, determination, is confident to be on the phones, face to face with clients and find ways to bring on new clients, and secure candidates their new roles! It all comes from you, paired with our incredible L&D team training you the Adecco ways.
* You’ll be a strong communicator (both verbal and written)
