We are hiring for a newly created People Operations Support role to join the People Operations team based at our Stafford based Head Quarters. This role will provide technical and administrative support for all elements of the employee lifecycle including:
Provide advice and guidance to employees in line with policies and procedures
Maintaining and updating our People and Payroll system (Dayforce)
Administration of key people activity such as recruitment, onboarding, learning
On-going development of core system modules including testing ahead of upgrades
Development of people metric reports and dashboards
Staying up to date with legal compliance, and supporting people policies / process improvements
We are ideally looking for a People Operations (HR) generalist who may have had experience working with Dayforce, other systems would also be advantageous. You will enjoy getting to grips with all elements of HR systems and will be competent with maintaining people data, producing reports using analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and ‘tell the story’ to the stakeholders. You will have a good understanding of Excel and have excellent attention to detail as well as strong numeracy and literacy skills.
This is a full-time permanent position working 37 hours Monday – Friday with flexibility on start and finish times and hybrid working – 3 days on site following a successful probation.
