This Receptionist Administrator role is an integral part of the business and is often the first point of contact for both internal and external clients. Maintaining a professional and friendly manner is essential as this role involves dealing with people at all levels.
The Receptionist Administrator role focuses on call handling and front-of-house work, but also includes file administration, data entry, and database management.
We are very interested to hear from anyone with previous reception/front of house experience in any industry (Hotel/Office/Accountancy/Legal/GP Surgery etc.). The ability to work under pressure is important as this is a very busy practice.
What you’ll be doing as their Receptionist Administrator
1. Undertaking receptionist tasks including managing front of house and ensuring the reception area is organised and presented in a professional manner
2. Meeting clients who present themselves at reception and dealing with their enquiries as necessary
3. Receiving and making telephone calls to clients and third-party contacts including keeping them up to date with matter/transaction progress
4. Scheduling appointments for Fee Earners
5. Maintaining Fee Earner diaries
6. Liaising with all members of staff in relation to client matters
7. Opening electronic files and inputting client details
8. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
9. Ensuring electronic and manual client matter files are up to date
10. Preparing files for storage and retrieving client documents
As their Receptionist Administrator you will need:
1. At least 1 year’s experience in a similar receptionist/front of house role
2. To be proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft
3. Strong communication skills with a high standard of professionalism and courtesy
4. A clear confident telephone manner
5. To be organised with a logical approach
6. Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills
Salary & Benefits

Hours
As their Receptionist Administrator you will work 36 hours per week; 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 5pm Friday.
