Your new role
As Accounts Assistant, you will support the running of the office on a part-time basis. Your duties will include:
1. Receiving and logging invoices from suppliers
2. Balancing supplier statements for payment
3. Credit control
4. Accounts payable
5. Preparing employee hours for weekly wages
6. Other general day-to-day office duties
What you'll need to succeed
1 year's experience working in a similar role
Familiarity with accounting software and spreadsheets
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Effective communication, both written and verbal
Strong organisational and time-management skills
