Key Responsibilities: Transition Management : Lead the smooth transition of Oracle Fusion HCM from development to production, collaborating with stakeholders on timelines, risk management, and resource planning. Operational Oversight : Ensure stability, performance, and scalability of the HCM platform, implementing best practices for administration and incident management. Experience and Qualifications: 12 years of experience in managing Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll platforms or similar systems. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll functionalities, with a strong HR technology background. Proven leadership skills, with experience in team-building and managing complex transitions. Proficiency in data analysis, system integration, and reporting tools.
