35 hours per week - Office Based
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-4.30pm / 8:30am-4pm
Parking: On site
Position: Customer friendly Accounts Assistant required for this friendly team, role is office based Monday to Friday working within a nice team.
Skills Required:
1. Good telephone manner and competent email skills.
2. Excellent numeracy and Intermediate Excel skills (Sum If, VLookup, pivot tables, filters, etc.).
3. Sage Line 50 Accounts experience.
4. Sage Payroll (can be taught).
Responsibilities:
1. Purchase and Sales Ledger work.
2. Scanning and loading Supplier invoices on to Sage.
3. Managing the Aged Debt via calls and emails to customers.
4. Preparing the Supplier Invoice Payment support for payment runs.
5. Matching Bank Receipts and Payments to Sage invoices.
6. Providing holiday cover for Finance Accounts Manager on other admin tasks.
7. Weekly - Check and correct meter movements in the VMGR system for anomalies.
8. Daily - Check for Cashless payment units not recently used and reset them remotely.
