Remuneration: 24,000 - 25,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism.
* Conduct outbound follow-up calls to generate new leads and convert unconverted quotes into sales.
* Promote and sell our products effectively, showcasing your knowledge and passion for the textiles industry.
* Prepare daily work and reports to track progress and success.
* Manage inbound telemarketing calls, providing exceptional customer service at every interaction.
* Process internet visit requests, ensuring a seamless client experience.
* Work independently while collaborating with the team to drive sales initiatives.
Requirements:
* Proven background in sales with a confident telephone manner.
* Enthusiastic, committed, and flexible approach to work.
* Ability to work on your own initiative, while also being a team player.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong keyboard skills.
