Receptionist
Location: Petersfield
Salary: £13-£14.00 per hour
Hours: 37.5 - Monday to Friday 8-4 (there may be a need to cover an adhoc 9-5)
Please note, this is a temporary position with an immediate start - ongoing for 6 weeks. There is a possibility of something more permanent from this but nothing can be guaranteed.

As a Receptionist and Administrator, you will be responsible for:
1. Greet visitors, ensuring they sign in and out of the visitors’ book.
2. Answer the telephone and deal with all queries.
3. Deal with staff queries.
4. Make sure the reception area is kept clean and tidy.
5. Organise meeting rooms.
6. Order lunches when necessary for visitors.
7. Take responsibility for issuing security passes.
8. Prepare and dispatch mail packs.
9. Be responsible for handing out incoming post.
10. Keep health and safety records up to date.
As a Receptionist and Administrator, you will have/be:
1. Evident admin experience.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Reception experience would be an advantage but isn't essential.
4. Customer service skills.
5. High levels of attention to detail.
