About the Role
* Define system requirements, integrate technical parameters, and ensure compatibility of all interfaces.
* Support proposal reviews and lead trade studies to optimize system architecture.
* Develop space system requirements and interfaces.
* Lead the development of space architecture concepts, sub-system design, payload design, and risk reduction.
* Conduct analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, and other quality factors to ensure mission success.
* Develop system engineering processes for requirements management and traceability.
Your Background
* A Master's or Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering.
* 9+ years of experience in space communications.
* A strong background in communication theory and RF concepts.
* Experience with FPGA, modern vector processing engines, and satellite-communications standards.
* Proficiency in Python and C++.
* Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills.
* The ability to manage large projects and work well under pressure.
* Strong team collaboration skills.

This role comes with a competitive salary range £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus excellent benefits including site-based working in Milton Keynes.
