Deputy Manager (Children's Home)
Where you will be based: Blackpool
The Service Users: The Deputy Manager will be supporting up to 4 with Autistic Spectrum Conditions, Learning disabilities or EBD, depending on the home you are allocated to (multiple openings).

Working Week and Pay:
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week on a rolling rota shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
Sleeps: Occasional sleep-in shifts are required, with additional payment provided.

What you will need/Non-Negotiables:
Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in social care or related field.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the social care sector.
Driving Licence: Essential.
Min Age: As per legal requirements 23+
