Salary: £11.48 per hour - £12,536 per annum
Hours: 21 hours per week over 3 days.
We have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a Part-Time Retail Assistant Manager, to support the Manager in our established charity shop in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
This is a part-time position working 21 hours a week. The days will vary according to need, but you must be prepared to work Saturdays and Sundays and may be required to work at another shop close by. The role may also include covering days off and holidays, including weekends. The ideal candidate will have great people skills and enjoy working in a busy environment. There is also the possibility to accrue more working hours by working at other Break charity shops within the area.
Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service to maximise the shop’s income.
* Source and merchandise stock effectively.
* Help manage a team of volunteers and staff.
* Handle cash and maintain financial records.
* Assist with physical tasks, including heavy lifting.
