Advanced Therapeutics (UK) Ltd is a leading provider of innovative medical technologies. We special in therapeutic solutions for managing Type 1 Diabetes. Our flagship products, hybrid closed-loop systems, help patients better manage their glucose levels with ease and precision.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Officer to join our team. You would be acting as the first point of call for the company and will be communicating with patients and healthcare professionals alike to process orders and provide assistance to the company’s customers in a positive and effective manner.
This role is a full-time position, based in our offices in Warwick, Monday to Friday - 9:30am to 5:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be a part of the front line for the company on the telephone and emails for customer enquiries, orders and product information
* Processing and packing customer/patient orders in our onsite warehouse
* Monitoring product stock levels
* Liaising with the manufacturers to ship and receive products when required
* Liaising with other departments within the company where technical support is required
* Maintaining accurate and detailed databases of customer information
* Maintaining accurate and detailed records of product movement
* Handling customer complaints
Skills required:
* Providing excellent customer service with a professional, patient and friendly attitude
· Detail-oriented, with strong organisational and time-management skills
* Well spoken, sympathetic telephone manner and displays active listening
* Presents good problem solving and resolution skills
* Can communicate information in a clear, correct and concise manner
* Proficient knowledge of PC and MS Office (Word, Excel, etc)
* Use of invoicing/accounts software is ideal (ideally QuickBooks), but full training can be provided
· Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment where you may be asked to assist in other teams/departments within the business
· Previous customer service experience is essential
