entertainment. Fun is our key word, where our sites offer up to 30 activities
from e-karting to trampoline parks, high wall climbing to augmented reality
bowling.
Liverpool Gravity Max has a has
an augmented reality bowling alley, Hologate Virtual reality gaming, karting
track, Immersive Game Box booths, Mini Golf, Darts, eGaming, shuffleboard,
batting cage and Pool. On top of this we operate an exclusive cocktail lounge,
2 bars and 8 food offerings and a great all weather terrace which is perfect
for special occasions and events. We
are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team, to
excel in selling the space for all sorts of events from small parties to corporate
take overs and everything in between. Not only do we have all the front of
house activities we have training and event spaces to utilise. If you are used
to selling events, then this is your perfect opportunity!!
What you’ll be doing…
You will support the growth of the site, you will be selling
our corporate events and team building days to business in and around Liverpool
and beyond! - you will already have a strong knowledge of the area and the
potential clients you could attract to Gravity max.
You will have a strong track record in a business
development role and have experience of sales, account management, networking
and business development in the B2B Space and have a proven history that can be
evidenced in your experience. This experience will have been gained in
entertainment venues, leisure or hospitality.
The successful candidates will be able to accept and own the
delivery of our sales targets and work cross functionally with our contact
centre team to deliver sales pipelines and sales result for our corporate
business. You’ll be responsible for ensuring we deliver high levels of
conversion and high-performance culture in your own and the wider teams focus
delivering amazing customer experience.
You will be able to operate in a fast-paced culture and work
to targets enthusiastically, meeting and exceeding your goals. You will have
brilliant organisational skills, be conversant with sales pipeline tools and
CRM systems, reporting and be able to use MS Office tools without issue.
Your main Responsibilities:
· Identify
and target potential clients and partnerships to expand the Gravity Max
customer base.
· Build and
maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including event
organizers, corporate clients, schools, and community groups.
· Develop
tailored proposals and presentations to showcase the value of the Gravity Max
proposition.
·
Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and implement effective
promotional campaigns.
· Monitor
market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine
business strategies.
· Attend
industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent Gravity
Active Entertainment.
