We are looking for an Employee Relations manager to join a well established business in the West Midlands, and this is not just your average ER management role. This Business is about creating collaboration, coaching and advising line managers on best practice in the best way possible, through team work.

What we're looking for:
* Someone who can support on all lines of ER operations projects (coaching line managers and coaching ER team on best practice)
* A driven ER professional with strong HR data analysis skills
* High volume caseload, KPI driven experience
* Someone confidence, organised who can think outside the box
* Most importantly- not afraid of a challenge
