We are currently looking to recruit a Document control / construction Administrator person for a building contractor based in Essex
The role will be office based full-time (No remote working )
Office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
To be suitable for the role you will need to have:

Proven experience as a Document Controller / Administrator or in a similar role within the Construction or Facilities Management industry.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple documents simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
