This role supports the Creative team to produce a variety of promotional material managed via an online ticketing system using Adobe Creative Cloud. You will work in accordance with established brand guidelines and parameters across multiple brands.
Your Responsibilities
• Work alongside the Creative Manager to assist in producing and managing campaign materials and monthly promotional works. This will be heavily using InDesign to generate monthly campaigns across multiple sizes and formats, along with setting property pages for magazines.
• Work with our growing client base to deliver a constant high level of customer service through timely delivery of work requests and communication management via our online ticketing system.
• You will be expected to provide your own equipment and software licences.
Your Skills/Experience
• Minimum 2 years industry experience
• Ability to show a variety of work across both print and digital platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Technically capable, with a flair for creativity
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines
• Good communication skills and professionalism
