Job Description
As a Care & Support Assistant in our adult care community-based program, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for adults who require assistance with daily activities and support needs.
1. Provide personalized care and support to adults in their homes or community settings
2. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
3. Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals
4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other caregivers
5. Accompany clients to medical appointments and community activities
6. Promote independence and dignity while ensuring client safety and well-being
7. Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies or changes in client condition
8. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Benefits Include:
9. Hourly rates of £12.00 per hour (averaging £14.00 with benefits)
10. Higher rates for evening and weekend hour
11. Paid travel time between clients (some restrictions apply)
12. Paid travel expenses
13. Paid when training
14. Minimum 1-hour visits per client

Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
+ Valid up to date UK driving licence + own car
+ Must reside Locally within our franchise region
+ Must be prepared to cover a Saturday & Sunday on alternate weekends
+ Must have the Right to Work in the UK
Additional Information
We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
