We are proud to bring to the market a requirement for an experienced IT PMO & Change Analyst to join their team based in Chesterfield / Worksop, 3 days per week.
What we’re looking for:
We are looking to speak to experienced IT PMO & Change Analysts who have confident communication skills and some good quality experience to share with Greencore. You will be the type of person who loves working in a team but also working under your own initiative.
Role purpose:
You will be responsible for supporting and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects and change initiatives by providing comprehensive project management, analytical and administrative support within the Project Management Office (PMO).
What you’ll be doing in your role as a PMO & Change Analyst:
This is a varied role working with fantastic, experienced change team. The successful candidate will have excellent experience in the following…
* Project Support and Administration – Assisting project managers, ensuring adherence to PMO standards and methodologies.Ideally you will have experience of tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
* Governance, Assurance and Reporting – dashboards, project status, reports, risks, resource allocation. You will help support decision making processes at all levels.
* Change Management - Administering the change management process, reviewing requests for change for completeness, chairing CAB meetings, documenting and sharing meetings and reporting on CAB progress.
* Process Improvement - streamline PMO processes and improve project delivery practises.
* Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a liaison between the PMO, project teams and stakeholders to foster effective communication, alignment and collaboration.
* Data Analysis and Insight Generation - Collect, analyse and interpret data from various project activities to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.
