Utilities and telecoms organisation requires a Procurement Administrator. This is a full-time, office-based role in the North London / Hertfordshire area. Reporting to the Senior Buyer, responsibilities include: General administration Receipting invoices Obtaining approval for invoices Using Dynamics NAV Evision software Data entry Liaising between procurement and accounts departments Requesting PODs from company's suppliers Ensuring delivery notes are obtained and recorded Making sure invoices are aligned with quotations and purchase orders Determining if invoices have been pre-approved, requesting approval when necessary Archiving and completing credit applications Experience: Excellent admin skills Strong communication and organisational skills Computer literate Previous experience in procurement desired Apply to Andrew Snelgrove at Deploy.
