We are looking for a Campaign Executive to join our Trading team.
This is an exciting opportunity for those ready to play an integral role in our programmatic advertising business, solving operational and strategic issues on behalf of clients relating to digital advertising campaigns. This role offers strong foundations for a career in the digital and programmatic world.
Responsibilities
1. You’ll learn operational skills, including campaign set up and following our Managed service processes (platform usage, creative upload, strategies set up).
2. You’ll learn how to optimise campaign performance by monitoring campaign metrics and optimisation towards client goals & KPIs (delivery, branding, traffic, performance).
3. You’ll demonstrate proactivity and commitment in delivering your campaigns, your personal objectives and contribution to team targets to the best of your ability.
4. You’ll develop reporting and analytics skills by monitoring campaign progress and updating sales and client services teams on overall campaign performance, taking decision and making recommendations.
5. You’ll proactively follow up on new technology and offer in the market to maintain and develop wider knowledge.
6. You’ll contribute your learnings to ‘best practice’ guidance as well as product development.
7. You’ll support the testing of new products, capability and techniques, sharing your experience and learnings with your team (and the wider Ozone business).
8. You’ll deliver clear and concise communications to Sales and Client Services team-mates, as well as other stakeholders in the wider Ozone organisation.
Desired skills
Full training will be given in this role, so transferable skills are more important than further education qualifications or any vocational experience (although they won’t count against you!).
Ultimately we’re looking for people who will be excited about what we do, so an understanding of – or a passion for – digital advertising, the role of media channels and new technologies would be advantageous.
You’ll be a team-player, full of motivation and a can-do attitude. You’ll be working across multiple teams and over time you will be confident in communicating technical recommendations to experts and non-experts alike.
