Employment Solicitor, Bristol, Hybrid working
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Employment lawyer to join a thriving In-house team in Bristol for 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave.
Our client, one of the UK's largest and leading insurance companies, are seeking an Employment Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their highly successful Litigation Team.
You will act for clients on the full range of employment disputes, handle conduct of the claims from the initial assessment stage through to final hearing and beyond to enforcement, where appropriate.
You will handle your own mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters and provide clear and accurate legal advice. You will be acting for clients, both claimant and defendant, on a full range of employment disputes advising on unfair dismissal claims, complex discrimination, whistle blowing and equal pay.
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor (3+ PQE) or Legal Executive and will have previous experience managing your own Employment caseload.
It is essential that you have a good understanding of Employment Law and of the Employment Tribunal procedure. Previous experience dealing with legal expenses Insurance funded claims would be beneficial.
This is a full-time (35 hours) permanent role paying a competitive market salary. Excellent benefits are also on offer.
The organisation works on a hybrid model and attend the office twice a week.
