Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our market leading manufacturing client with their search for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor.
Overall Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to ensure the customer feels supported, valued and receives world-class service whilst driving forward customer development, engagement and retention. You will be part of the existing commercial and business development team, in which you will have responsibility and influence in key accounts and campaigns.
Key Duties:
1. Receiving and processing sales orders received over the phone and electronically.
2. Create your own relationships with existing accounts.
3. Convert enquiries into sales.
4. Generate sales leads from marketing campaigns.
5. Select, despatch, track samples and assist in converting the enquiries into sales.
6. Support the sales team in administrative functions.
7. Process web-orders and handle the online chat function for customer queries.
8. Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and generating ideas to improve the service offered to our customers and/or the efficiency of our internal processes.
9. Mastering more specialist activities including managing export orders, dealing with bespoke orders, account management, and customer care.

7. Experience in/understanding manufacturing processes preferred.
8. Experience in a previous service and sales role preferred.
9. Understanding of costing.
The Package:
£26,000 - £29,000 per annum depending on experience.
Office working hours, Mon-Thurs 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Friday 8:30AM - 1:00PM.
