As part of our reception team you will warmly welcome our guests to the hotel. You are the 'hub', the 'go to' person for quesries any queries and questions our customers may have, and believe me, they can be diverse. Always keen to please and to make every effort to accommodate their needs. Obviously there is the administrative stuff, checking them in and out, answering calls, taking reservations and handling cash and banking. That bit may not be quite so interesting but a understanding of using computors or a similar role will help - we'll train you to do the rest. The bit we can't train is the warmth, the smile, the willingness to learn and the caring attitude you need. Those personalities need to be seen through a phone or e-mail and that's the bit we need you to bring with you from day one.
