From 1st April 2025 the salary for this role will be£25,760.00 to £27,339.00per annum

We are looking for an amazing individual to become a part of ourincredible team supporting people with needs related to homelessness prevention, tenancy sustainment and resettlement into stable accommodation.You will develop a personalised, wrap around support planin partnership with the person you are working alongside, providing intensive support in line with our organisational values and principles
