About the Role: As a Financial Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the financial management of the business. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing payroll processing for approximately 20 staff. Conducting bank reconciliations and credit control. Preparing accounts up to the trial balance stage. Producing financial reports and analyses. Managing pricing, invoicing, and other financial transactions. Required Skills: Proven experience as a Financial Assistant or in a similar role. Strong financial accounting knowledge and skills. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero). Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy.
